Sun Screen Lotion for Eczema Skin

Soltan Sensitive Sun Lotion
Soltan Sensitive Sun Lotion
Hi there, thank you for your interest in this blog!  This blog details a product review Soltan Sensitive 50+ for atopic eczema skin (my skin) in the sun for June 2014 and many sunny months to come! :)

This is the first time I've tried Soltan Sun Screen Lotions.

Product:

  • Unfragranced (which I love and its perfect!)
  • Viscosity: non dripping and medium thick
  • Fluid colour: tinted
  • Water resistant - should be sweat proof (there are general advice to reapply after swimming etc.)
  • Non pore blocking
  • Hypoallergenic
On My Skin:
  • Application: very smooth and absorbent and non greasy- better for as a base for makeup.
  • Allergic Reaction: none
  • It feels moisturised

My Verdict:

I think its great that it is perfect non greasy when put on hands to apply on my face / body, and absorbs well and doesn't smell and doesn't sting my skin!  This may not be suitable for people have very dry skin.  This is also great for Fragrance Smell Allergies sufferers (Balsam of Peru allergy).

As with standard Sun Screens you should always reapply frequently in the sun, not so good for us ladies in my opinion as some of us we wear makeup / fake tans products.  But protecting our skin is important to future proof our skin.  :)
